Parent Release Document
Do you have minors on your team (under 18 years old)? Give them a copy of this document. It needs to be signed by both parents/guardians (or parents who are not coming down on same trip to Mexico), then notarized. This form ensures that minors are able to cross into Mexico without their parents/guardians present. This applies even if parents are divorced. Any questions? Emergency Information/Liability Release Form
Like any organization or company nowadays, there needs to be a legal agreement between the "client" (you) and us in case of an emergency. This form serves two purposes: lets us know, in case of an emergency, who to call; and it also legally frees YWAM from any responsibility in case of an accident. Please have every member of your team fill out this form and sign it (or have their parent/guardian sign it if they are under 18); then bring it with them to Monterrey.
Map to Melody Lane
Melody Lane is a Christian Renewal Center near McAllen, Texas where your team can park its vehicles while you are in Mexico. Melody Lane charges $1 per day for a car or van, and $12 per day for a bus. Your team can also stay overnight at Melody Lane if you get into the city late at night.
